Pre-Construction Services

KMC has been involved with numerous pre-construction projects on new oilsands properties throughout Western Canada. These projects have included the construction of initial access roads and the removal of muskeg and other organic materials. Removal of muskeg in the oil sands mining areas is normally scheduled during winter months and requires specialized operating techniques. Our experience in the muskeg removal activities has allowed KMC to develop the expertise to ensure muskeg removal is completed in an safe and effective manner.
