Steamer

KMC Mining is looking for Steamers with a minimum of 3 months experience steaming heavy equipment.

The successful applicants must be competent in the safe and responsible operation of steam equipment and must be able to communicate verbally in a mining environment.

Aerial work platform and fall arrest would be considered an asset.

Must have a Valid Class 3 or 1 driver’s license with Air Brake. Must be able to drive Automatic and Standard transmission.

Rotation & Transportation: 

The normal shift rotation is 14×14. Must have CSTS/OSSA or BSO or CSO (Common Safety Orientation). 

FIFO or BIBO provided.

In addition to experience, applicants must demonstrate a proven safety record, attendance record and suitable workplace behavior.
